I will spend two to three hours thoroughly evaluating all aspects of the property you are purchasing, from the roof to the basement and all areas in between.

I invite you to come along during the course of the inspection. Ok, if you’re a veteran home buyer it may not be as important that you’re there the entire time. However, if you are new to the home buying process, it’s very important that you’re there from start to finish.

I not only inspect the house you’re buying but I also share with you what needs to be maintained and why. You’ll get a real education about your new home. Ask as many questions as you like. I am here for you!

I guarantee my work 100%.If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with every aspect of your home inspection, I will come back and reinspect at no additional charge. In the unlikely event you are still not satisfied, I will refund your inspection fee 100%.
